Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Describo: AI Copywriter & SEO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Describo uses artificial intelligence to generate product descriptions, SEO titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and translations for Shopify stores. All generated content is provided as suggestions and must be reviewed by the merchant before publishing.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

The App offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. All charges are processed through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • Free Trial: 7 days, limited to 200 generation credits.
  • Starter Plan: $9.90 USD per month, 1,500 credits.
  • Pro Plan: $19.90 USD per month, 5,000 credits.
  • Unlimited Plan: $49.90 USD per month, unlimited generations subject to fair use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to generate illegal, infringing, misleading, harmful, or spam content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing any AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

Plintik retains ownership of the App and its underlying technology. Generated content becomes your property once published, subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Plintik is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, nor for any business losses resulting from the use or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, your access will terminate and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's data requirements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
